地牡宁神口服液联合可乐定透皮贴治疗儿童抽动-秽语综合征效果与安全性研究
Study on the Efficacy and Safety of Dimu Ningshen Oral Liquid Combined with Clonidine Transdermal Patch in the Treatment of Tourette's Syndrome in Children

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Dimu Ningshen Oral Liquid combined with Clonidine Transdermal Patch in the treatment of children with Tourette's syndrome(TS).Method:A total of 60 children with TS admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to July 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases each group.The control group was treated with Clonidine Transdermal Patch,and the observation group was added with Dimu Ningshen Oral Liquid,both treated for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,serological indexes and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group(P＜0.05).The improvement time of motor tic(1.89±0.34)months,vocal tic(1.95±0.28)months,and comprehensive injury symptoms(2.04±0.55)months in the observation group,which were earlier than(2.46±0.57),(2.48±0.61)and(2.78±0.81)months in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in immune function and serological indexes between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05);after treatment,the level of serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)was(6.05±0.47)g/L,the level of immunoglobulin A(IgA)was(0.49±0.10)g/L,the level of immunoglobulin M(IgM)was(0.51±0.15)g/L,the level of interleukin-12(IL-12)was(101.15±8.64)pg/mL,and the level of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)was(177.44±13.60)pg/mL in the observation group,which were significantly lower than(6.52±0.55)g/L,(0.68±0.13)g/L,(0.67±0.14)g/L,(112.74±9.55)pg/mL,(202.49±14.68)pg/mL in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Dimu Ningshen Oral Liquid and Clonidine Transdermal Patch is effective in the treatment of TS,which can accelerate the remission of symptoms,promote the normalization of serological indicators,and is safe and effective.关键词
