针刺腰夹脊联合雷火灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)with acupuncture of waist Jiaji acupoint and thunder fire moxibustion,and to provide a feasible treatment plan for the clinic.Method:A total of 160 patients with LDH diagnosed with certainty in the Pain Rehabilitation Department of Langzhong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected.They were divided into the control group(80 cases)and the experimental group(80 cases)by random number table method.The conventional traction treatment was used in the control group,the acupuncture of waist Jiaji acupoint and thunder fire moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group was used in the experimental group.The effect of clinical curative in two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)scores of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the above indexes in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture of waist Jiaji acupoint and thunder fire moxibustion has a good clinical effect on treatment of LDH,which can relieve pain and improve inflammation.关键词
