中药敷贴联合脐灸治疗老年性便秘的效果及对肠道菌群的影响
Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Application Combined with Umbilical Moxibustion on the Treatment of Senile Constipation and Its Influence on Intestinal Flora

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine application combined with umbilical moxibustion on the treatment of senile constipation and its influence on intestinal flora.Method:A total of 84 patients with senile constipation admitted to Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to October 2022 were selected,and were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Lactulose,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine application combined with umbilical moxibustion.The efficacy,bowel movement and intestinal flora of the two groups were compared.Result:The treatment total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the weekly frequency of defecation,Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and fecal trait scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05);Escherichia coli of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine application combined with umbilical moxibustion can improve the fecal characters and intestinal flora of senile constipation patients and improve the curative effect.关键词
