神经根型颈椎病患者应用正清风痛宁注射液行颈部椎旁注射治疗的效果
Effect of Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection on Cervical Paravertebral Injection in Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection on cervical paravertebral injection in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Method:A total of 96 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical from December 2019 and January 2021 were divided into the control group(48 cases)and the treatment group(48 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with cervical traction,and the treatment group was treated with Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection on cervical paravertebral injection.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy after treatment,symptom scale scores before treatment and 1-4 weeks of treatment,degree of pain before and after treatment,and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.50%,which was higher than 70.83%of the control group(P＜0.05).After 1-4 weeks of treatment,the weekly symptom scale scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS),pain rating index(PRI)and present pain intensity(PPI)scores of McGil pain questionnaire in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the above scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Zhengqing Fengtongning Injection on cervical paravertebral injection in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,has better efficacy,reduces the degree of pain,and has good safety.关键词
