Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray combined with Azithromycin and eustachian tube insufflation in the treatment of acute secretory otitis media(ASOM)in children.Method:A total of 84 children with ASOM admitted to Maternity&Child Care Center of Xinyu from August 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into the study group(42 cases)and the control group(42 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Azithromycin combined with eustachian tube insufflation,and the study group was treated with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors,symptom relief time,recurrence rate and the satisfaction of parents with the curative effect were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-8(IL-8)and procalcitonin(PCT)between the two groups(P＞0.05);after treatment,the above indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the relief time of otalgia,hearing,ear obstruction and tinnitus in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of parents with the curative effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray combined with Azithromycin and eustachian tube insufflation in the treatment of ASOM children can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce inflammatory factors,improve clinical symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate,and improve the satisfaction of parents with the curative effect.关键词
