Abstract
[Objective]To analyze and compare the correlation between enhanced X-ray grayscale values and breast calcification properties.[Methods]A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 76 patients admitted to Zhengzhou First People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 who underwent Contrast-enhanced spectral mammography(CESM)examination due to the detection of calcification as the only suspicious sign on mammography.A total of 76 calcified lesions without abnormal soft tissue signs were included.Based on the presence or absence of enhancement on the target calcification silhouette image and 12 follow-up results,benign and malignant judgments were made,of which 47 were in the benign group and 29 were in the malignant group.The enhancement parameters,calcification grayscale values,calcification morphology,number,density,and size between the two groupsb were compared.[Results]The levels of ECC(Emax,Emin,Emean,Eev,Eds,Ers%)and EMLO(Emax,Emean,Eev,Eds,Ers%)in the malignant group were higher than those in the benign group(P<0.05).The levels of GV calcification,GVcc calcification,DRGV gland,DRGV pectoralis major muscle,DRGV fat,DRGVcc gland,DGV gland,DGV pectoralis major muscle,DCV fat,and DGVcc gland in malignant group were higher than those in benign group(P<0.05).The proportion of dot shaped,eggshell shaped,and small flake shaped calcifications in the malignant group was higher than that in the benign group,while the proportion of sediment shaped,needle pointed,short rod shaped,and polygonal calcifications was lower than that in the benign group(P<0.05).The proportion of malignant group with calcification size<0.5 mm,low density of calcification,and calcification number>20 particles was higher than that of benign group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]BothECC-dsand ECC-rs%can accurately and objectively evaluate the nature of breast calcification.GV measurement of calcified areas on CESM subtraction images also has a good differential effect on the nature of breast calcification,with CC measurement having the best diagnostic effect.关键词
