Abstract
[Objective]To analyze the situation of hepatitis B vaccination among residents in Nanyang from 2021 to 2022 and its influencing factors.[Methods]A total of 268 permanent residents in Nanyang from 2021 to 2022 were selected as the subjects of the survey.A questionnaire was designed and filled in face to face to record the basic information of the residents,the hepatitis B vaccination situation,and analyze the influencing factors of hepatitis B vaccination in Nanyang.[Results]There were significant differences in education level,residence,family monthly income,family history of hepatitis B and knowledge of hepatitis B among the groups(P<0.05).According to the results of logistic regression analysis,the risk factors affecting hepatitis B vaccination among residents in Nanyang City were high school and below,rural areas,family monthly income<3000 yuan,family history of hepatitis B,and poor knowledge of hepatitis B(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The hepatitis B vaccination rate of residents in Nanyang City is relatively low.Among them,high school education and below,rural residence,no family history of hepatitis B,family monthly income less than 3000 yuan,and poor hepatitis B related knowledge are the risk factors affecting residents'hepatitis B vaccination.The CDC and designated vaccination hospitals in the area need to jointly formulate prevention and intervention measures to improve residents'hepatitis B vaccination rate.关键词
