玻璃酸钠联合塞来昔布用于膝骨关节炎射频术后临床评价
Clinical Evaluation of Sodium Hyaluronate Combined with Celecoxib for Radiofrequency Postoperative Treatment in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sodium hyaluronate combined with celecoxib for radiofrequency postoperative treatment in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods A total of 108 KOA patients underwent the radiofrequency operation in the hospital from October 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group based on the different treatment regimens,with 54 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with Celecoxib Capsules orally from the first day after radiofrequency operation,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with intra-articular(knee eyes)injection of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection.Both groups were treated continuously for five weeks and followed up for six months.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than 79.63%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the substance P(SP),β-endorphin(β-EP),neuropeptide Y(NPY),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),prostaglandin E2(PGE2),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),rheumatoid factor(RF)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After one,three and six months of treatment,the Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate combined with celecoxib for radiofrequency postoperative treatment in patients with KOA can improve the clinical efficacy,decrease the levels of pain mediators and inflammatory factors,and improve the pain degree and knee joint function of patients.关键词
