20例儿童脓癣临床特征分析
Clinical analysis of 20 cases of kerion in children

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical characteristics of kerion in children in order to improve the clini-cian's understanding of pediatric kerion.Methods The clinical data,treatment and prognosis of 20 cases of children with ke-rion diagnosed in our hospital from 2017 to 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 20 cases of kerion,17 cases of single abscess type and 3 cases of multiple folliculitis type.Cats,dogs and rabbits were kept in 19 cases,1 case had contact history with tinea pedis.After oral terbinafine hydrochloride combined with oral glucocorticoids and antibiotics,as well as topical antifungal drugs,all the children were clinically cured within 6-12 weeks.One case had stomach discomfort and no adverse reactions were observed.3 cases were accompanied by ringworm rash.Conclusions The clinical manifesta-tions of kerion in children are sometimes atypical and easy to be misdiagnosed.The positive rate of fungal fluorescence stai-ning was high.Microsporum canis was the most common pathogenic fungi in the culture of pyophyton,followed by Tricho-phyton mentagrophytes.Terbinafine hydrochloride tablet is safe and effective in the treatment of kerion.关键词
