摘要
Abstract
To report a case of disseminated cryptococcal infection with skin nodules as the first manifestation in a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus combined with Sjogren syndrome.The patient was a 50-year-old female with subcutane-ous nodules on both lower extremities and headache as the primary symptoms.Blood and cerebrospinal fluid culture showed Cryptococcus neoformans.Biopsy of nodular showed a large number of uniform and translucent small round fungal spores in-filtrates with PAS and hexosamine silver positive.The diagnosis of disseminated cryptococcal infection was confirmed.She was treated with amphotericin B,fluconazole,amphotericin B liposome,and flucytosine for 1 month and her symptoms im-proved.关键词
