免疫功能正常宿主肺盖尔森基兴诺卡菌病1例及文献复习

摘要
Abstract
To report a 47-year-old female with normal immune function and no chronic respiratory disease who suffered from pulmonary nocardiosis caused by Nocardia cyriacigeorgica.Her main clinical manifestations were repeated cough and expectoration.At the initial stage,combined with the patient's chest CT,the history of pulmonary tuberculosis,and sputum acid fast smear(weakly positive),pulmonary tuberculosis recurrence was considered,but the patient's condition did not im-prove after one year of anti-tuberculosis treatment.The patient was admitted for further inspection.Sputum smear revealed gram positive bacilli with branches and suspected Nocardia.The sputum culture showed Nocardia farcinica(identified by mass spectrometry),and PCR-16S rRNA of the sputum identified Nocardia cyriacigeorgica.After treatment with com-pound SMZ tablets and ceftriaxone,the patient recovered and discharged from hospital.Finally,the patient was cured after by compound SMZ tablets treatment for 6 months.关键词
