fMRI应用于针刺领域的国内外比较研究
Comparative study of fMRI application in acupuncture at home and abroad:a visual analysis based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective:To objectively present the similarities and differences of acupuncture research by fMRI between Chinese and foreign teams by visual analysis.Methods:All literatures about fMRI application in acupuncture were searched in Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure database and Web of science database with the time limit of 2002 to 2022 year.After using CiteSpace duplication of literatures,and the document keywords co-occurrence,clustering,outburst map,and the author collaboration network diagram were drawn.Results:500 Chinese articles and 400 English articles were included in the study.The keywords co-occurrence map showed that the consistency study at home and abroad included'functional connection,acupuncture stimulation and therapy,electroacupuncture',and the otherness study included'acupuncture point,deqi and depression'of the main domestic direction and'brain network,default mode network(DMN),acupuncture analgesia'of the main foreign direction.Keywords clustering included 13 domestic clusters(de qi,function connection,Hegu acupoint,Zusanli acupoint,acupoint,electroacupuncture,stroke,brain effect,Zhigou acupoint,gastrectasia,acupuncture therapy,Shenmen acupoint,Neiguan acupoint')and 10 foreign clusters('acupuncture system,functional dyspepsia,acupoint specificity,analgesia,ischemic stroke,chronic pain,functional brain network,DMN,acupuncture for pain,fMRI').Keywords outburst showed that the domestic keywords,'function connection','stroke'and'Taichong acupoint'appeared in 2010,2012 and 2016 and continued to the end of 2022,and the foreign keywords,'central mechanism','disorder'and'women'appeared in 2019,2019 and 2020 and continued to the end of 2022.Author co-operation network showed there were many teams formed in China but the co-operation among the teams was less relatively,while foreign authors had close co-operation and developed co-operation network.Conclusions:The acupuncture researches by fMRI have the similarities and differences at home and abroad.The research focus at home and abroad are concentrated in the direction of function connection,electroacupuncture,acupuncture therapy.The domestic researches mainly focuses on acupuncture points and the foreign researches mainly focuses on brain network.The future domestic researches are given priority to stroke and Taichong acupoint,and the future foreign researches are given priority to central mechanism and disorder.The foreign co-operation network is rich,the co-operation should be strengthened between the Chinese team.It is of great significance to promote the application of fMRI in acupuncture.关键词
