通脉化癥合剂治疗阳虚血瘀型子宫腺肌病的疗效评价
Efficacy evaluation of Tongmai Huazheng Mixture on adenomyosis of yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongmai Huazheng Mixture in treating adenomyosis of yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:63 patients with uterine adenomyosis were treated with Tongmai Huazheng Mixture,and the TCM symptom,uterine volume,dysmenorrheal,menstrual volume,chronic pelvic pain(CPP),CA125,prolactin and hemoglobin were observed and analyzed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,there were improvements in dysmenorrhea,menstrual volume,CPP,TCM syndrome,hemoglobin compared to before treatment,which were correlated with the treatment course.Compared with before treatment,the dysmenorrhea duration,CPP score,CPP duration,menstrual volume score,TCM syndrome score,and hemoglobin were significantly improved in the third and sixth cycles of treatment,with statistical significances(all P<0.01).There was no statistical difference in the dysmenorrhea score between the third cycle of treatment and before treatment(P>0.05),but there were statistical differences between the sixth cycle of treatment and before treatment and the third cycle of treatment(both P<0.01).There were no statistical differences in uterine volume,prolactin and CA125 before and after treatment(all P>0.05).Conclusion:Tongmai Huazheng Mixture can significantly improve dysmenorrhea and the increased menstrual volume in adenomyosis.关键词
