基于临床及影像指标对肺癌患者预后及危险因素的分析
Survival prognosis and risk factors analysis for lung cancer patients based on clinical and imaging indicators

Abstract
Objective:To explore the survival prognosis and risk factors of patients with lung cancer based on clinical and imaging indicators.Methods:The clinical and imaging data of lung cancer patients were collected for prospective analysis.According to the survival and death conditions,93 patients were divided into the survival group(75 cases)and the death group(18 cases).Results:The age,male incidence rate and smoking rate in the death group were higher than those in the survival group,while FEV1%,FVC%,FEV1/FVC%in the death group were lower than those in the survival group.The proportion of stage Ⅳ tumor in the death group was higher than that in the survival group.The incidences of bronchiectasis,bronchial tube wall thickening,emphysema,atelectasis and interstitial inflammation,and aortic diameter,pulmonary artery diameter,tumor volume,incidence of central tumor and squamous carcinoma in the death group were higher than those in the survival group.Multivariate analysis showed that tumor stage and FVC%were the poor prognosis factors.Conclusions:There are significant differences in clinical and imaging indicators between the survival group and the death group,and tumor stage and FVC%are risk factors for poor prognosis in patients with lung cancer.关键词
