摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the current status of bone health literacy among women aged 45-65 years in suburban Shanghai and to identify factors that may affect the level of bone health literacy. Methods Based on the health literacy framework of the World Health Organization,a bone health literacy questionnaire was developed to investi-gate the bone health literacy of perimenopausal and early menopausal women aged 45-65 years in two suburbs of Shanghai. The assessment of bone health literacy was conducted according to the European Health Literacy Survey scoring standard.SAS 9.4 software was used for statistical analysis. Results The average score of bone health literacy of 691 subjects was(43.1±9.9),and 14.5%had basic health literacy(≥54 points).Among the three fields of disease prevention, health promotion, and medical service(39.2%,4.0%,35.5%),the passing rate of health promotion was the lowest. There were significant differences in the distribution of the pass rate of the three fields among people of different ages, different educational levels, and different incomes(P<0.05).Age(OR=1.61,95%CI:1.04-2.50),education level(OR= 0.12,95%CI:0.05-0.29),per capitamonthlyincome(OR=0.39,95%CI:0.20-0.77)were significantly correla-ted with women's health literacy(P<0.05).Conclusion Women aged 45-65 years in suburban Shanghai had lower health literacy levels;women aged over 55 years, with less than high school education, and from low-income families could be the priority intervention targets for bone health literacy.关键词
