Pathogenesis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Based on the Theory of Lipids Theory and Lipid Metabolism Reprogramming
摘要
Abstract
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a complex multifactorial endocrine and metabolic disorder,which may involve the interactions between genetic factors and lifestyles.The reprogramming mechanism of lipids metabolism might be an important central link in the pathogenesis of PCOS.The theory of lipids described in traditional Chinese medicine classics showed the imbalance of lipids easily induced infertility in the obesity.Therefore,based on the theory of lipids and the reprogramming mechanism of lipid metabolism,authors discussed the roles and effects of lipids imbalance and abnormalities of lipid metabolism reprogramming,thus providing new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.关键词
