数字经济与海洋经济高质量发展耦合协调分析
Study on the coupling and coordination of the digital economy and the high-quality development of the marine economy
摘要
Abstract
The digital economy is a new driving force for economic development,providing new directions for China's marine econo-my to achieve high quality development.Constructing an evaluation index system for the high-quality development of the digital econo-my and the marine economy,Using coupled coordination model and obstacle factor model,this paper explored the current situation of coupled and coordinated development between digital economy and high-quality development of marine economy and its obstacle fac-tors in 11 coastal provinces and cities(districts)in China from 2011 to 2020.The results showed that:①The development level of the digital economy and the high-quality development of the marine economy in coastal areas and the degree of their coupling and coordi-nation both showed an increasing trend,in which the digital economy developed rapidly and the marine economy developed steadily,and the coupling system developed from the overall dysfunctional state to the overall good coupling coordination state.②The degree of cou-pling coordination of coastal provinces and cities had been improved to different degrees,and the spatial difference in the coupling coor-dination status had been gradually reduced,and in 2020,nine regions had developed to above the basic coordination status,of which Guangdong is in a highly coupled coordination status.③Through the obstacle degree diagnosis,it was found that the digital economy ob-stacle degree had the characteristics of"digital infrastructure＞digital industrialization＞industrial digitalization",and the marine econ-omy high-quality development level had the characteristics of"marine science and technology innovation＞marine social benefits＞marine economic benefits".关键词
