旅游制度创新能否推动城市旅游经济发展?
Can tourism institutional innovation promote the development of urban tourism economy?
摘要
Abstract
This paper regarded"tourism reform and Innovation Pilot Zone"as a quasi-natural experiment for tourism institutional innovation,selected the panel data of key tourism cities in China from 2009 to 2019,and used the DID method to empirically test wheth-er tourism institutional innovation could promote the development of urban tourism economy.The results showed that:①The policy of"tourism reform and innovation pilot area"has had a significant positive impact on the development of tourism economy in pilot cities,indicating that tourism institutional innovation could promote urban tourism economic development.②The promotion effect of tourism in-stitutional innovation on the development of urban tourism economy had significant regional heterogeneity and scale applicability charac-teristics,which was more conducive to the development of tourism economy in northern cities and ordinary prefecture level cities.③Tourism institutional innovation could promote the development of urban tourism economy by improving tourism revenue,perfecting in-frastructure construction,promoting tourism co-construction and sharing,innovating the concept of tourism resources,and accelerating institutional innovation.On the above,it is necessary to actively promote tourism institutional innovation,optimize the spatial layout of tourism institutional innovation policy,give full play to the demonstration and leading role of"tourism reform and innovation pilot are-a",in order to better promote the vigorous development of urban tourism.关键词
