Study on Lipophilic Chemical Constituents of Atractylodes japonica
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the lipophilic chemical constituents of Atractylodes japonica.Methods:The chemical constituents of Atractylodes japonica were isolated and purified through the methods such as silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,medium pressure liquid chromatography,and semi-preparative HPLC;and the structural identification of the components was conducted through physicochemical properties and MS and NMR spectroscopy techniques.Results:Twelve compounds were isolated and identified from Atractylodes japonica,which are osthol(1),atractylochromene(2),6,7-dihydroxy-8-methoxycoumarin(3),8-hydroxy-6,7-dimethoxycoumarin(4),7-methoxycoumarin(5),stigmast-4-en-3-one(6),taraxeryl acetate(7),atractylenolide Ⅱ(8),atractylenolide Ⅰ(9),eucalyptus-4(15)-ene-7β,11-diol(10),methyl 4-hydroxycinnamate(11),syringaldehyde(12).Conclusion:Compounds 1,3-6,10-12 are the first isolated compounds from Atractylodes japonica.关键词
