基于络病理论探讨黄褐斑的病机
Pathogenesis Exploration of Melasma Based on Collateral Disease Theory
摘要
Abstract
Based on literature review of the origin and development of collateral disease theory,it is proposed that the basic pathogenesis of melasma is"spot toxicity-collateral injury-healthy qi deficiency".The transmission is from qi to blood,and from blood to collateral.Combining the theory of collateral disease with the modern biological mechanism,we believe that the inflammatory reaction in the lesion area of melasma results from hyperactivity of qi collateral;while dermal angiogenesis is caused by hyperactivity of blood collateral;the essential reason of the collateral deficiency are resulted from collateral yin deficiency.Therefore,long-term disease damaging to the collateral,hyperactivity of the collateral,a mixture of deficiency and excess,and deficient root and excessive superficial are actually the core pathogenesis of melasma.关键词
