王氏益经汤对多囊卵巢综合征患者游离睾酮指数的影响
Effects of Wang's Yijing Decoction on Free Androgen Index in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Wang's Yijing decoction combined with clomiphene on menstruation,free androgen index(FAI)and pregnancy rate in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 120 PCOS patients admitted to Yantai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022.The patients were randomly divided into a control group(n = 60,treated with clomiphene)and a study group(n = 60,treated with Wang's Yijing decoction combined with clomiphene)using a random number table,and they were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,menstruation,total testosterone(TT),sex hormone binding globulin(SHGB),FAI,pregnancy rate and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group(96.67%,58/60),the total effective rate of the study group was obviously increased(83.33%,50/60;P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no obvious difference in menstrual scores,TT,SHBG and FAI in PCOS patients between the two groups(P＞0.05);after treatment,the menstrual scores,TT and FAI of PCOS patients in both groups were obviously decreased(P＜0.01 P＜0.05),SHBG was obviously increased(P＜0.05),and the degree of changes in the study group was more obvious(P＜0.01).Compared with the control group(13.33%,8/60),the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the study group obviously increased(5%,3/60;P＜0.05),the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower,while there was no obvious difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Wang's Yijing decoction combined with clomiphene has a definite therapeutic effect on PCOS,can obviously improve the menstruation and endocrine indicators of patients,and obviously increase the pregnancy rate.关键词
