子午流注择时电温针联合双补增津汤治疗结肠慢传输型便秘气阴两虚证的疗效观察
Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Timed Electroacupuncture Combined with Shuangbu Zengjin Decoction in the Treatment of Slow Transit Constipation of the Colon with Qi Yin Deficiency Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of midnight-midday ebb flow electric warming acupuncture combined with Shuangbu Zengjin Decoction(SZD)in the treatment of slow transit constipation(STC)of the colon with qi yin deficiency syndrome.Methods:A hundred and fifty-two patients with STC and qi and yin deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into a control group(mosapride citrate),an electroacupuncture group(mosapride citrate + midnight-midday ebb flow warming acupuncture),a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group(mosapride citrate + SZD),and a combination group(Mosapride Citrate + midnight-midday ebb flow warming acupuncture + SZD),with 38 patients in each group,for 4 weeks.Symptom score,content of colonic transmission test markers,gut microbiota,self rating anxiety scale score(SAS),self rating depression scale score(SDS),and chronic constipation severity score(CSS)before and after treatment were observed and compared.The treatment efficiency of the four groups was compared and follow-up time was 6 weeks.Result:After treatment,the TCM symptom score,colonic transit test marker content,SAS score,SDS score,and CSS score of the four groups significantly decreased(P＜0.05),and the number of Escherichia coli in the intestine significantly decreased(P＜0.05).The number of bifidobacteria and lactobacillus significantly increased(P＜0.05),the clinical effect of the combination group was significantly better than that of the other 3 groups(P＜0.05),and the recurrence rate during the follow-up period was significantly lower than that of the other 3 groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of midnight-midday ebb flow warming acupuncture combined with Shuangbu Zengjin Decoction on STC with qi and yin deficiency syndrome is significant;the combination of the acupuncture and the decoction can play a synergistic role,can effectively relieve constipation symptoms,regulate intestinal flora,restore intestinal motor function,improve anxiety and depression psychological state,and reduce recurrence rate.关键词
