Abstract
Stress urinary incontinence(SUI)is a chronic pelvic floor dysfunction,which has caused serious troubles to women's mental health and quality of life,and has become one of the most serious health and social problems in the world.Western medicine mainly adopts lifestyle management,physical therapy,drug therapy,surgery and other methods to intervene and treat SUI.A single conventional method usually has a long treatment period and unsatisfactory curative effect.Many studies have shown that acupuncture therapies such as filiform needle acupuncture,electroacupuncture,floating acupuncture,warm acupuncture,thunder fire moxibustion and heat sensitive moxibustion are effective in the treatment of SUI.The author reviewed the research results on the treatment of female SUI by acupuncture and moxibustion in recent years,and found that the disease mainly involves the kidney and bladder,and is related to multiple viscera,the spleen,lung,liver and triple energizers.The root of pathogenesis is the dysfunction of the viscera,and the superficial of the pathogenesis is blood stasis,phlegm and dampness.SUI is usually treated in acupuncture through needling the acupoints of kidney meridian,bladder meridian,conception meridian,with the abdominal and lumbosacral acupoints as the main treatment sites.These treatments can significantly improve pelvic floor structure and function,reduce complications,and improve quality of life.关键词
