摘要

Abstract

With the accelerating pace of global energy transformation,countries vigorously develop renewable energy sources,mainly wind and solar power,in their power systems.The power system of the island of Ireland is an independent synchronous grid characterized by a high penetration rate of renewable energy and low interaction with external grids.After years of exploration and development,the operation technology and the proportion of renewable energy in the power system of the island of Ireland is at the forefront of the world.Its advanced experience holds significant reference value for constructing and upgrading the Chinese power system.This paper provides an overview of the power industry in the island of Ireland,analyzes the operation status of its power system,investigates the measures taken by the Irish power company to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the high-proportion renewable energy power system,and finally summarizes its experience and insights for the construction of Chinese power system.
