牛至油及其活性成分对家禽肠道健康影响的研究进展
Research Progress on Effects of Oregano Oil and Its Bioactive Components on Intestinal Health of Poultry
摘要
Abstract
Oregano oil is a natural plant essential oil extracted from oregano,which has biological functions such as sterilization,oxidation resistance,and immunity enhancement.It can improve the morphology of poul-try's intestinal tissues,maintain the integrity of intestinal barrier,regulate the balance of intestinal microflora,and enhance immunity,etc.,so as to keep the intestinal environment in a good stable state and promote the normal growth of poultry.This paper will focus on the active ingredients and physical and chemical characteris-tics of oregano oil,and explain its protective effect and mechanism on the intestinal morphology,intestinal mi-crobes,intestinal barrier and intestinal mucosa of poultry,so as to promote the research progress of oregano oil in poultry production and provide theoretical reference for its rational application in poultry production.[Chi-nese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2023,35(12):7552-7560]关键词
