Research Progress on Antioxidant Function of Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid
摘要
Abstract
Tauroursodeoxycholic acid(TUDCA)is a product of the combination of ursodeoxycholic acid and taurine.It is mainly found in bear bile and has been shown to have biological activities such as anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory and immune regulation.In the past few decades,TUDCA has become a highly concerned natural compound,which has been used in many fields for its potential biological activity and pharmacological effects.In order to understand the antioxidant activity of TUDCA more comprehensively,this paper reviews the antioxidant activity of TUDCA and its regulation pathway,to provide reference for the application of TUDCA as feed additive in animal husbandry production.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2023,35(12):7633-7640]关键词
