摘要

Abstract

Cell pyroptosis,namely inflammatory necrosis,is one of several common modes of cell death,which is closely related to inflammatory response,participates in the occurrence of many diseases,and plays an important role in the process of immune response.Current research on the molecular mechanism of cell pyrop-tosis has a relatively mature system,this review combined with recent years in the latest research progress,ex-pounds the canonical pathway and non-canonical pathway of cell pyroptosis,and introduces the nutritional reg-ulation of a variety of nutrients on the key factors in cell pyroptosis pathway,in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of cell pyroptosis related disease.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2023,35(12):7648-7657]
