摘要

Abstract

The experiment was performed to detect the chemical components in wheat bran,the digestible ener-gy(DE)and metabolizable energy(ME)of wheat bran for growing pigs,and the prediction models of DE and ME for growing pigs was established based on the contents of effective chemical components in wheat bran.Twenty-two healthy"Duroc×Landrance×Yorkshire"crossbred boars with average initial body weight of(35±3)kg were selected for digestive and metabolic experiment according to a replicated 11×3 incomplete Latin square design,including two parallel trials,11 diets(1 basal diet+10 wheat bran diets)and 3 cycles.Each cycle had 12 days consisting of 7 d for adaptation and 5 d for fecal and urine collection.The results showed that,on the air-dry basis,the average gross energy(GE)of 10 wheat brans was 16.59 MJ/kg(16.22 to 16.79 MJ/kg),and the average contents of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),crude ash(Ash),e-ther extract(EE),calcium(Ca),total phosphorus(TP),crude fiber(CF),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF)and total starch(TS)of 10 wheat brans were 87.46%(86.07%to 87.82%),15.88%(14.56%to 16.83%),5.48%(5.03%to 6.02%),4.37%(3.30%to 5.69%),0.11%(0.08%to 0.14%),1.04%(0.94%to 1.15%),10.72%(8.70%to 12.79%),44.24%(38.15%to 49.73%),10.76%(8.05%to 12.27%)and 19.19%(16.14%to 22.73%),respectively.The coefficients of variation(CV)of EE,Ca,CF and ADF contents were greater than 10%,while the CV of GE,DM,CP,Ash,TP,NDF and TS contents were less than 10%.The average DE and ME of 10 wheat brans for growing pigs were 10.61(10.18 to 10.97 MJ/kg)and 9.99 MJ/kg(9.47 to 10.48 MJ/kg),respectively.The optimal prediction models of DE and ME of wheat bran for growing pigs were DE=9.569+0.237EE[relative standard deviation(RSD)=0.19,determination coefficient(R2)=0.498,P<0.05]and ME=8.779+0.278EE(RSD=0.15,R2=0.719,P<0.01),respectively.In conclusion,the variation degree of chemical component contents of wheat bran is small on the whole,and EE content can be used as key predictor of DE and ME of wheat bran for growing pigs.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2023,35(12):7680-7690]
