黑水虻生物转化蚕沙的研究
A Study on Biotransformation of Hermetia illucens on Silkworm Excrement

Abstract
In order to achieve the reclamation,decontamination and reduction of silkworm excrement,the Her-metia illucens was used to conduct a biotransformation experiment.Using the fresh silkworm excrement of the 5th instar silkworms,1)to study the growth performance of Hermetia illucens larvae and the weight loss rate of silkworm excrement,the 4-day-old Hermetia illucens larvae at the rate of 20 g/kg(larval weight/silkworm excrement weight)were divided into 6 groups with moisture content were 47%(control group),55%(A55 group),60%(A60 group),65%(A65 group),70%(A70 group)and 75%(A75 group),respectively,with 5 replicates per group.2)To study the weight loss rate and nutrient changes of silkworm excrement as well as the growth performance and nutrient composition of Hermetia illucens larvae,the 4-day-old Hermetia illucens larvae were divided into 6 groups with 65%moisture content in silkworm excrement at the rate of 10(B10 group),15(B15 group),20(B20 group),25(B25 group)and 30 g/kg(B30 group),respective-ly,with 5 replicates per group.The results showed as follows:1)the weight of 100 larvae of A65 group was significantly higher than that of A55 and A0 groups(P<0.05);the weight loss rate of silkworm excrement of A65 group was significantly higher than that of A55 and A0 groups(P<0.01),and significantly higher than that of A60 group(P<0.05).2)The weight loss rate of silkworm excrement of B25 group was significantly higher than that of B10 and B15 group(P<0.05).The crude protein decreasing range of B20,B25 and B30 groups was significantly higher than that of B10 and B15 groups(P<0.05),the crude fat decreasing range of B25 and B30 groups was significantly higher than that of B10,B15 and B20 groups(P<0.05),the crude fi-ber and calcium decreasing ranges of B25 and B30 groups were significantly lower than those of B10 and B15 groups(P<0.05),and the ash decreasing range of B15,B20,B25 and B30 groups was significantly lower than that of B10 group.3)The content of crude fat in Hermetia illucens larva of B15,B20,B25,B30 groups was significantly lower than that of B10 group(P<0.05).No significantly differences were observed in con-tents of total amino acids(TAA),essential amino acids(EAA)and nonessential amino acids(NEAA)in Hermetia illucens larva among all groups(P>0.05).4)No significantly differences were observed in contents of heavy metal(arsenic,mercury,lead,chromium)and total number of bacterial,molds and Salmonella in silkworm excrement residues among all groups(P>0.05).The total nutrient,organic matter contents and pH in silkworm excrement residues of all groups met the Organic Fertilizer Standard(NY 525-2012).The con-tents of arsenic,mercury,lead,chromium and total number of bacterial,molds and Salmonella in Hermetia il-lucens larva of all groups were lower than Hygienical Standard for Feeds(GB 103078-2017).Therefore,under the conditions of this experiment,the 4-day-old Hermetia illucens larvae feeding silkworm excrement with 65%moisture content at the level of 25 g/kg(larval weight/silkworm excrement weight)can effectively absorb the nutrients in silkworm excrement and may help to achieve the goal of reduction and decontamination in silkworm excrement,these findings can provide data to support the high value utilization of silkworm excre-ment.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2023,35(12):8111-8121]关键词
