遮荫及环剥对红锥幼苗下冠层叶片抗性生理的影响
Effects of shading and girdling on resistance physiology of leaves in lower canopy of Castanopsis hystrix

Abstract
[Purpose]Effects of different shading and girdling treatments on resistance physiology of leaves in the lower canopy of Castanopsis hystrix seedlings were compared to understand the response mechanism of C.hystrix to shading and girdling.[Method]Canopy and stem below 1/3 part of 2-year-old C.hystrix seedlings were treated with different shading(25%,45%,70%and 85%shading)and girdling treatments by 2-factor randomized block group design,with unshaded being the control,to investigate the effects of shading and girdling on osmotic regulator,protective enzyme activity and MDA content of leaves in the lower canopy of C.hystrix.[Result]Contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline of leaves in the lower canopy of C.hystrix decreased with en-hanced shading treatment.Catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities both increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of shading,while it was the opposite for peroxidase(POD).CAT and SOD activities both peaked at 45%shading under shading treatment solely;under the combined treatments of shading and girdling,CAT and SOD activities peaked at 45%and 25%shading,respectively.Contrarily,POD activity was the lowest at 45%and 25%shading under shading treatment solely and combined treatments,respectively.Malondialdehyde(MDA)content decreased firstly,minimized at 45%shading under solely shading and combined treatment,and then started to rebound.Compared with the treatments without girdling,leaves in the lower canopy of C.hystrix were lower in the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,proline and MDA,but higher in the activities of CAT,POD and SOD.[Conclusion]Leaves in the lower canopy of C.hystrix were adaptable to shading stress mainly by coordinated activities of SOD,POD and CAT,in combination of higher protective enzyme activities arisen from girdling.关键词
