桂西南桉树林下套种阔叶树种对土壤肥力的影响
Effect of Eucalyptus spp.interplanted with understory broadleaved species on soil fertility in Southwest Guangxi

Abstract
[Purpose]Soil fertility under pure and multilayered Eucalyptus spp.plantations in Southwest Guangxi were compared to provide reference for soil productivity improvement and sustainable management of eucalyptus plantation in subtropical regions.[Method]Soil fertility evaluation was conducted on pure Eucalyptus spp.sprout plantation and multilayered Eucalyptus spp.sprout plantation which were interplanted with Mytilaria laosensis Lecomte,Magnoliaceae glance Blume,Castanopsis hystrix Hook,Magno-lia denudata,Parashorea chinensis,Michelia odora,Machilus spauhoi and Quercus griffithii Hook in Southwest Guangxi.Soil chemi-cal property indexes,such as pH,organic matter(SOM)and total nitrogen(TN)at the depths of 0-20,20-40 and 0-40 cm un-der the 2 types of plantations were compared for soil fertility evaluation by principal component analysis and modified Nemerow com-posite index method.[Result](1)According to the nutrient grading scale of the 2nd National Soil Survey,soils under the multilay-ered and pure Eucalyptus spp.plantations were both strongly acidic,extremely low in total potassium and available phosphorus,and low in available potassium;slightly worse than the condition of low SOM and total phosphorus(TP),moderate TN and abundant a-vailable nitrogen(AN)contents in soils under the multilayered plantation,soils under the pure plantation were extremely low in SOM and TP,low in TN,and moderate in AN.(2)Soils under the multilayered and pure Eucalyptus spp.plantations were both considered barren by Nemerow composite index method,though soils at the depth of 0-40 cm under the multilayered plantation had 1.16 times greater soil fertility coefficient than that of the pure forest.(3)Principle component analysis showed comprehensive scores of 1.766 and-2.212 at the depth of 0-40 cm for the multilayered and pure plantations,respectively.[Conclusion]The re-sults of the 2 methods were consistent,and soil fertility under the multilayered Eucalyptus spp.forests at the depth of 0-40 cm was higher than that of pure forests,indicating that interplanting broadleaved species in pure eucalyptus plantation was contributed to im-proved soil chemical property and fertility.关键词
