摘要

Abstract

[Purpose]The effects of different blue and red LED illumination conditions on the growth of tissue cultured gerbera'Minghui Fendai'seedlings were compared to provide technical reference for the production and promotion of the variety.[Meth-od]The proliferative growth and rooting situation of tissue cultured'Minghui Fendai'seedlings were investigated under LED illumi-nation with different ratios of red to blue light(1 ∶ 0,3 ∶ 7,5 ∶ 5,7 ∶ 3 and 0 ∶ 1)and illumination intensities(40,80 and 120 μmol·m-2·s-1),with fluorescent light used as control.[Result]When the ratio of red to blue light was 5 ∶ 5 and illumination intensity was 120 μmol·m-2·s-1,the proliferation coefficient of the seedlings reached 5.67,and the plants were short and robust with more deep-green leaves and moderate leaf area.When the ratio was 3 ∶ 7 and illumination intensity was 120 μmol·m-2·s-1,the seedlings grew vigorously with robust roots and petioles,and overall had 5.00 roots per plant;after transplantation,the survival rate of the seedlings reached 95.83%.[Conclusion]The LED illumination conditions(ratio of red to blue light&light intensity)suitable for the proliferation and rooting of tissue cultured gerbera'Minghui Fendai'seedlings were 5 ∶ 5&120 μmol·m-2·s-1 and 3 ∶ 7&120 μmol·m-2·s-1,which effectively promoted the growth and development of the plants.The study provided techni-cal support for the standard production of gerbera'Minghui Fendai'.
