甘肃省高耗水服务业用水定额修订与应用探析
Study on Revision and Evaluation of Cotton Irrigation Water Quota in Gansu Province
摘要
Abstract
Based on the compilation of"Water quota for industry in Gansu Province Part 3:water quota for construction,living and service industries"(2023 edition),this paper takes the high water consumption service industry in Gansu province as the research object,based on the survey samples of high water consumption service industry in Gansu province from 2018 to 2020,the water consumption quota of high water consumption service industry was revised by using analogy method,experience method and inverted quadratic average method,and to revise the technical train of thought and the application carries on the analysis.The results show that:①high water consumption service industry in Gansu province needs to make water consumption quota according to the water consumption characteristics and influencing factors of different industries;②the quota of hotel water use in Gansu province is 58~223m3/(bed·a),the quota of washing and dyeing industry is 23~80L/kg,the quota of bathing industry is 4.5~7.5m3/(m2·a),the quota of car washing industry is 3~60L/(vehicle· Times),the water consumption quota of outdoor ski resort is 0.75 m3/(m2·a),③the newly revised water consumption quota of high water consumption service industry can meet the actual water demand of high water consumption service industry in Gansu province,with certain coverage,rationality,advancement and practicability,it can effectively promote the water resources management and the construction of water-saving society in Gansu province to carry out various water-saving measures in the future,it is of great significance to improve the efficiency and benefit of water resources utilization.关键词
