Study on Key Construction Technology of Full-Scale Model Test of Prestressed Composite Lining for Water Resources Allocation Project in the Pearl River Delta

Abstract
Based on the full-scale model test of prestressed composite lining for water resource allocation project in the Pearl River Delta,the construction technology research was carried out in terms of trolley development,inner lining concrete preparation and casting,prestressing implementation and other aspects to address the construction difficulties of this type of lining structure.Firstly,the construction contents of the prestressed composite lining full-scale model were summarized,and improvements were proposed to the existing trolley by combining the experience in the construction of the model;subsequently,the key construction technology of prestressed composite lining was studied,and specific mix proportion of concrete,matching vibrating system and the sequence of prestress tensioning were proposed to ensure the construction quality.The research results provide reference for the field construction process of prestressed composite lining.关键词
