摘要

Abstract

In order to accurately estimate the foundation bearing capacity of hydraulic structures under inclined load,firstly,the origin and essence of several foundation bearing capacity concepts are introduced,and it is considered that the"characteristic value of subsoil bearing capacity"in"Code for design of building foundation"is the same as the"allowable bearing capacity of subsoil";the advantages and disadvantages of different methods for determining the bearing capacity are discussed,and it is considered that the determination of the bearing capacity of the ground by the load test and the empirical table method in the general code refers to the case of vertical force,it is not suitable for foundation subjected to eccentric inclined load.Therefore,the determination of foundation bearing capacity under eccentric inclined load can only be calculated by formula method,but the results obtained by different formulas are quite different.It is suggested that the actual monitoring and field test of bearing capacity should be paid more attention in engineering practice,and the calculation results of different formulas should be checked further according to the measured data.
