党建推动高校基础研究高质量发展路径探究

Abstract
Basic research is the main switch for technological innovation,and plays an important role in the development of national science and technology and the enhancement of original innovation capabilities.Universities are an important part for conducting basic scientific research.Compared to research institutes,research-oriented universities have significant advantages in a wide range of disciplines and rich talent reserves.Strengthening the Party's leadership is the fundamental guarantee for the development of Chinese universities in the new era.Deeply grasping the internal relationship between Party building in universities and the development of basic research,promoting the development of basic research in China by strengthening Party building in universities,and promoting the deep integration of Party building and the development of university undertakings,is not only conducive to strengthening the Party's leadership over universities,but also to improving the quality of basic research development in China.The article combines the current development status of basic research in China and the development requirements of the Party Central Committee for basic research in the new era,explores the methods and paths of Party building promoting high-quality development of basic research from two aspects:scientific exploration of basic research and talent cultivation in basic disciplines.It demonstrates that Party building has a guiding and promoting role in enhancing the development of basic scientific research in universities,and provides useful references for grassroots units in universities to promote the development of their careers through Party building.关键词
