工程教育专业认证背景下教学模式探索

Abstract
Food Specialty Innovation Experimentis a professional experiment course set up by foodscience and engineering majors of undergraduate colleges to cultivate students'innovation consciousness.It is a professional experiment course after students of food science major have completed all basic theoretical courses and professional practice.It is a course for food science and engineering majors in food processing,food nutrition,food microbiology,food analysis and testing and other fields related to experimental research and engineering design.With the development of food science and technology,Food Specialty Innovation Experiment has become more and more important.How to teach this course scientifically and effectively is particularly important.Under the background of professional certification of engineering education,we adhere to the student-centered and learning-result-oriented education mode to arouse students'learning enthusiasm.Students will set up experimental interest groups by themselves,cooperate in division of labor,consult literature,explore topic ideas,and cultivate students'consciousness of scientific research innovation and teamwork ability through the combination of theory and practice.In order to achieve the expected effect of cultivating students'consciousness of independent innovation and ability of practical innovation,this paper explores the practical teaching of innovation experiment course of food major.关键词
