红色精神融入运营管理课程思政建设路径探索

Abstract
Operation Management course is a core professional course in the field of management,focusing on exploring the management mode and optimization path of the whole process of enterprise production and operation.At present,promoting the integration of enterprise operation and national major strategies has become an important choice for the high-quality development of China's economy.This paper takes Harbin Engineering University as an example,grasping the great historical opportunity of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party,combining the school's characteristics of"three seas and one core"and military spirit.The Operation Management course needs to integrate the red spirit of the Party into the professional knowledge system of the course,and focuses on choosing the ship and sea industry and its related industries as the case study object.In the study,we use ideological and political construction methods:"entrepreneurs entering the classroom",case analysis of enterprise classic red spirit construction,and case analysis of deep integration of Party construction and business.This paper helps students deeply understand how to rely on the Party's red spirit to lead enterprises to high quality operation,effectively encourages students to practice the important spirit of the Party in the process of career planning,and realize the improvement of personal comprehensive ability.关键词
