Effect of Immune Cells and Immune Factors in Endometrial Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Endometrial cancer is a common gynecological malignant tumor,which seriously threatens the quality of life and health of women.Recent studies have shown that in the immune microenvironment of endometrial cancer,the interaction between immune cells such as dendritic cells and immune-enhancing factors can enhance the anti-tumor immune effect,while immune cells such as tumor-associated macrophages and immunosuppressive factors can exert tumor-promoting immune effects by inhibiting immune responses.This article reviews the research progress on the effects of some immune cells,immunosuppressive factors and immune enhancing factors in the immune microenvironment of endometrial cancer,and provides new ideas for further study of the pathogenesis and immunotherapy of endometrial cancer.关键词
