摘要
Abstract
University has rich knowledge and talent resources,which can provide intellectual support for industry-university-research(IUR)cooperation.Through sorting out the history of USTC's IUR exhibition,it is found that the role attributes of Chinese universities are different at different historical stages.In the initial stage,Chinese universities mainly sold technology and knowledge services,and then once stepped out of the field of science and education to replace the market to establish high-tech enterprises.However,the contradictions and conflicts between universities and enterprises make the problems of university-run enterprises frequent,which also has a negative impact on the universities themself.In the process of the vigorous development of the IUR platform,universities have gradually recognized their own position,withdrawn from market competition,and embarked on the path of using their own advantages to build a scientific and technological resources gathering platform,provide various services,and help enterprises innovate and grow.Finally,the article summarizes three historical implications for the future IUR cooperation from the perspective of functional orientation,personnel incentives,and platform construction.关键词
