Evaluation Model of Professional Quality of High-skilled Talents in Vocational Colleges Based on Analytic Hierarchy Proc

Abstract
In the process of vocational education practice,according to the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges,the job requirements of enterprises and industries,and the requirements of talents in professional fields,it is necessary to integrate the three levels of evaluation of students,schools and employers with the three levels of quality N indicators of health,life and work,to form a"three-level and multi-dimensional"comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation model for the quality of higher vocational students.The author takes the professional accomplishment evaluation of high-skilled talents as the starting point,studies the current situation of professional accomplishment evaluation,evaluation methods,evaluation system design,evaluation index and model construction,constructs the evaluation system index and evaluation model of professional quality of high-skilled talents,and creates a closed-loop management and control mode of"system-talent-evaluation-result".关键词
