水性聚氨酯/碳纳米管涂层织物制备及性能研究
Fabrication and Properties Study of Waterborne Polyurethane/Carbon Nanotube Coated Fabrics
摘要
Abstract
Waterborne polyurethane/carbon nanotube coated polyester fabrics are prepared by surface coating method by adding 0.05%,0.10%and 0.15%carbon nanotubes in aqueous polyurethane solution with concen-tration of 3%and setting different coating thicknesses to effectively improve the properties of coated fabrics.The surface morphology and structure,mechanical properties,conductivity,permeability,UV penetration and protection,acoustic impedance tube of the coated fabrics are also analyzed by means of scanning electron mi-croscopy(SEM),surface resistance tester,permeability tester,and acoustic impedance tube etc.The experimen-tal results show that the permeability of the fabric will be reduced by 13%-20%after coating treatment,but it has exhibited better mechanical properties,electrical conductivity,ultraviolet protection and sound absorption properties,which has better promising application prospect in the field of functional coating textiles.关键词
