基于技术接受模型的老年床垫偏好分析
Analysis of Mattress Preference in the Elderly based on Technology Acceptance Model

Abstract
In order to optimize the design and production of geriatric mattresses,this paper establishes the Tech-nology Acceptance Model of the willingness to use functional mattresses for the elderly.A questionnaire survey of elderly mattress preference is conducted.Amos software as well as structural equation modeling are used to test the research hypotheses and explore the influence of different factors on the willingness to use elderly mat-tresses.The results show that:the perceived usefulness and functional effectiveness of mattresses for the elderly have a significant positive effect on the attitude toward use,and they also have a significant positive effect on the willingness to use;the perceived comfort of mattresses for the elderly,including the sense of warmth,the sense of fit,and the sense of deep sleep,have a significant positive effect on the attitude toward use and willing-ness to use,directly or indirectly;and perceived ease of use has a positive and noticeable effect on the willing-ness to use on the condition of the perceived usefulness or functional effectiveness.Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on willingness to use under the premise of perceived usefulness or functional ef-fectiveness.Based on the validation model,functional design suggestions for geriatric mattresses are proposed,which are of great significance to better meet the demand for geriatric mattress preferences and promote the pur-chase intention of geriatric mattresses.关键词
