Abstract
Based on the requirements of modern conference management,a distributed conference management system with C/S and B/S mixed mode was designed and implemented,which included a conference management service center and several conference sites.The conference management service center included a data server,an application server,a Web server,a communication gateway and an export router.The conference site included a number of portable computers,RFID card readers,two-dimensional code readers,information display and publishing equipment,on-site WLAN equipment and user terminals.We optimized the B/S interface with RIA(Rich Internet Application)technology,monitored and managed every detail of the conference process with RFID technology.With the advantages of the SAAS(Software as a Service)model,conference management could be configured on demand and deployed quickly.The system improved the efficiency of conference management significantly.关键词
