Abstract

Welding deformation is a major issue that affects the production and manufacturing quality and manufacturing yield of cylinder bodies.This article analyzes the reasons for welding deformation of cylinder bodies and the limitations of welding deformation control measures.It provides a design structure optimization method that can control welding deformation of cylinder bodies,optimizes the welding process that controls welding deformation of cylinder bodies,ensures the welding and machining quality of products,and improves the manufacturing yield of products.This provides a solution and practical reference for the welding deformation problem of similar products or similar products.
