大汗腺囊瘤1例
A case of apocrine cystadenoma
摘要
Abstract
A case of apocrine cystadenoma is reported.A 42-year-old female presented with dark blue tumor below the right lower eyelid for 2 years.Dermatological examination showed a 0.4 cm × 0.3 cm demarcated dark blue soft spherical tumor below the right lower eyelid,without tenderness.Histopathology showed a unilocular cyst in the reticular dermis and fatty layer,with double layer of cuboidal-columnar epithelium and an outer layer of myoepithelial cells.Papillary projections and thickened cyst wall were evident.The diagnosis was apocrine cystadenoma.Fol-lowing surgical resection of the tumor,no recurrence was observed during follow-up.关键词
