Research on the Path to Coordinated Governance for Pollution Reduction and Carbon Reduction in Lanzhou Region
摘要
Abstract
This paper delves into the digital transformation of ecological and environmental planning,covering its background,necessity,and implementation strategies.Firstly,it analyzes the current challenges faced by ecological and environmental planning,such as global climate change,loss of biodiversity,and the impact of urbanization on natural resources.Secondly,the necessity of digital transformation is elucidated,highlighting the role of digital technologies in enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of planning.Lastly,the paper discusses in detail the implementation strategies,including technological strategies(such as the application of big data,Al,GIS)and policy and management strategies(such as establishing supportive policy frameworks,strengthening inter-departmental coordination,and increasing public participation and transparency).关键词
