为进一步巩固粮食安全,探索新时代粮食安全发展,基于DPSIR模型构建新时代粮食安全发展水平评价指标体系,采用相关性分析和熵权法对相关指标进行优化,再运用TOPSIS法对2017-2022年中国粮食安全发展水平进行实证分析.研究结果表明:粮食安全影响因素诸多且变化多端,粮食安全发展水平变化波动较大.从分类指标看,驱动力是影响新时代粮食安全的关键.从粮食储备体系、粮食供应体系、可持续农业生产技术和循环经济等方面进一步推进新时代粮食安全的发展.DPSIR-TOPSIS模型对新时代粮食安全发展水平评价具有较强的实用性,有助于完善新时代粮食安全的可持续发展.

To further consolidate food security and explore the development of food security in the new era,a evaluation index system for the development level of food security was constructed based on the DPSIR model.Correlation analysis and entropy weighting method were employed to optimize the relevant indicators,followed by the application of the TOPSIS method to empirically analyze the development level of China's food security from 2017 to 2022.The research results indicate that there are numerous and varied factors influencing food security,and the development level of food security exhibits significant fluctuations.From a categorical indicator perspective,the driving force is a key factor influencing food security in the new era.Further advancement in aspects such as grain reserve systems,food supply systems,sustainable agricultural production techniques,and circular economy is proposed to promote the development of food security in the new era.The DPSIR-TOPSIS model demonstrates strong practicality in evaluating the development level of food security in the new era,contributing to the enhancement of sustainable development in food security.
