新发展理念下土地利用效益的耦合协调关系研究
A study on the coupling and coordination relationship of land use benefits under the new development concept
摘要
Abstract
Based on the new development concept,the evaluation index system is constructed from the economic,social and ecological levels,and the entropy method and coupling coordination model are used to empirically analyze the land use benefit level and coupling coordination status in Nanjing from 2011 to 2020.The results show that:(1)From 2011 to 2020,the economic,social and ecological benefits of land use in Nanjing showed an overall upward trend,and the value of ecological benefits fluctuated slightly dur-ing the study period,and the current value is low;(2)The coupling degree between land use benefits basically maintains a high coupling state,and the coupling coordination degree gradually enters the coordinated development stage from the uncoordinated stage.According to the research results,it is proposed to further optimize the indus-trial structure,improve the economic benefits of land innovatively,reasonably plan the land layout,coordinate and share social land resources,strengthen ecological governance,implement green agricultural development and bal-anced land use,and improve the degree of coupling and coordination.关键词
