基于ZSG-DEA模型的大气主要污染物减排配置效率研究

Abstract
In order to realize the rational allocation of main air-pollutant emission reduction tasks during the 14th Five-Year Plan in Sichuan Province,this paper improved the data envelopment method,screened out environmental and economic benefit indicators with high correlation with pollutant emission under the overall consideration of social and economic resources and regional environmental quality,and constructed the ZSG-DEA model.The allocation plan of major air pollutant emission reduction tasks was established in cities and prefectures in Sichuan Province when environmental resource efficiency was maximized.The research results reasonably realize the regional allocation of emission reduction tasks during"14th Five-Year Plan"in Sichuan Province.The distribution plan was fair and operable,which improved efficiency of emission reduction work in all cities in Sichuan Province,and provided effective technical support for promoting the improvement of air quality,realizing the collaborative treatment of multiple pollutants and promoting green development.关键词
